############After in-deph testing I found that the solution described here also applies to the 777-200ER

Follow the same steps if you encounter stutters with your 777-200ER just remmember to take the files of the 200ER for the 200ER only same goes of course for thee 300ER#################################

DISCLAIMER please make a safe copy of all your files (i.e. the defalut plane etc.) do not change anything that cannot be changed back. I am not responsible to any damage that may be caused by this fix (sorry I am just writing this to be totally clear with all of you). Additionally the here presented solution requires you to edit files by hand I you are comfortable with using vim, atom, or any other real editor use this otherwise use notepad to open the files

For some users the excellent CS-777-300ER Flight Model Fix + Revised Cockpit Textures mod by danrleibueno can cause severe stutters, the cause of which is probably interaction with another mod or Aircraft. Whatever the case may be a simple solution exists.

The stutters can be midigated (in my case completly eliminated) if the flight_model file, distributed with the mod, is slightly changed you can find this file in SimObjects/Airplanes/.../.

As my solution is at the moment practival but rather inelegant, and requires the use of parts of the flight model file you can find in your save copy of the default 777-300ER by captainsim again in the SimObjects folder, I will only explain how to proceed however, if the demand exists I will create custom lines which will be more elaborate and uploaded here. Danrleibueno has been contacteed and he allowed my to proceed in implementing changes to his mod for which I am very thankful.

##### The Explaination. starts here #####

Go into the folder "SimObjects/Airplanes/CS._B777.../" of your DEFAULT 777-300ER (if you have problems with this let me know in the comments or via PM) where you will find the file flight model.

Now copy everything starting with the line "[FUEL]" and stop at the line "[AIRPLANE_GEOMETRY]" replace the corresponding lines in the mod where it can be found at the same place, or inside the already modded Airplane (should not make any difference) with the lines you have just copied and the stutters should be gone.

##### WARNING #####

As already mentioned this is an inelegant hotfix. It retains most of the mods excellent features BUT as the 777 has no stab tank (which is accounted for in the mod) you have to manually make sure it is emptied otherwise two problem will appear.

First

If you fill the stab tank (which is not acessible) you will have the same balance issues as with the default 777-300ER also the plane cannot use this fuel and you might run out of it mid air. However if you empty it all the balancing modifications in the mod will be retained.

Secondly

As this obviously will change the fuel burn rate one ends up with a situation not too unsimilaar to the default b78X, as in you get further then the circle you see on the globe, if you do your weightplanning with MSFS, would let you belive. If you use Simbrief (throgh the Salty 747 mod) the amound of fuel loaded should be fine BUT again be aware of the stab tank.

The Reserve Tanks ?

I am not sure if there are also problems with the reserve tanks I am testing this at the moment.

How to let me know if there is demand and that a more elaborate solution is implemented:

Simple tell me in the comments, via PM and I guess thats it, if you have a better solution or finde one feel free to use everything I have described you here.

Please let me also know if there are any problems.

Last but not least and probably even most importaint who is to credit ?

Well obivously danrleibueno for providing us with the mod in the first place, but also the amazing chap kcjimenez without whom I'd never have found all that out.
