AVIOSUPERFICIE CHAVEZ-MARINI, MASERA, ITALY

This is an accurate replica of the "Chavez-Marini" Airport in Masera (Northern Italy), a perfect place to start your local or bush flights around and above the Western Alps!

From there you can easily reach Switzerland, and the Padana Plains, or take a tour of the wonderful North Italy lakes like Maggiore Lake, which is really near this location, or Como Lake which will take you less than 30 minutes to go to.

Do you wanna have a nice travel to Courchevel? It ain't that far either!  And also it's one of the best Alpine routes EVER!


This small airport is just 1km from where I live, and I felt the need of making some justice to what it stands for, both for the place I live in and for myself.
As a kid I spent a lot of time there watching events, Frecce Tricolori, and RC shows, so I really felt the need of doing this

I spent a lot of time learning both Blender and MSFS SDK just to replicate this ariport, but this is NOT OVER YET!

The project isn't gonna be left behind! It's gonna be constantly updated while I work on it to make it even more detailed and realistic!



FEATURES

2 RUNWAYS - 01/19 and 18/36 (Propellers have right traffic for runways 36 and 01, left traffic for 18 and 19. The opposite for Gliders)

7 PARKING SPOTS - Matching the real world usual Hangar Exits and parking spots

HANDMADE MODELS for many assets! Hangars, statue, both church and bell tower of Masera (the nearby town), cabins, runway markers and more!

TERRAIN CORRECTION of the surrounding areas, including part of the street

IMPROVED VEGETATION, since most was missing from nearby areas

VFR LANDMARKS has and will be added
- Montecrestese Bell Tower
- Deers group
- 3 Dams
- Quarries (we got lots of them)
- Mountain lakes

New Aerials from Satellite Images, since the actual one seems a bit too yellow, maybe due to Autumn pictures.
