The Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) is the special operations component of the United States Air Force. Its aircrafts are stationed within the US as well as at some international airbases.
The AFSOC never operated the Douglas DC-6. This livery is based on the MC-130J with registration 45783 (stationed at the RAF Mildenhall in the United Kingdom).
Installation via PMDG Operations Center:
1: Extract the *.ptp file to a temporary location, ie desktop
2: Run PMDG Operations Center
3: Choose Aircraft and Liveries->Livery Utilities
4: At the bottom left you'll see 'Install from PTP file', click that button and then locate the *.ptp wherever you extracted it to.
5: Let the Operations Center do the hard work.
6: Start MSFS, choose the installed livery and enjoy!

great what-if idea and well executed.
And a good stop-gap solution until we get a MC-130!
Will use it for a Taiwanese Six over mainland China in the 60/70s

I don't yet own the DC-6 but wow, this livery makes me want it! This is an outstanding display of artistic creativity with a fictional livery!!
