ATTENTION!
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
- When you import SD profiles, make sure to delete the old ones, otherwise you'll get profile copies.
- Make sure to always have the latest AAO and AAO StreamDeck plugin versions!
- I just create the SD profiles! For any connection issues, SD plugin not working, Buttons show "?" or nothing, no reaction of the SD etc., please contact the developer of AAO! And please read the AAO Manual!

New Elgato StreamDeck 6.0 software has a change regarding the fonts.
In short this mean, all my profiles are "destroyed" more or less.
Will have a look if it is a bug on Elgatos side, which will be changed in the next days/weeks or if I have to rework them all.

The latest update to AAO v2.70 broke this profile. The altitude switches no longer work. Here are the 4 errors that v2.70 are giving with the G1000 SD profile (0- Basic G1000). When clicking on them in the Edit RPN Scripts box, these 4 turn red when clicking on them indicating an error. When hovering over the red light, the error message is, (>R:assiMultivar|2|0) for all 4 of them. This was working fine with AAO v2.60.
1. ALT DEC 100 - (A:AUTOPILOT·ALTITUDE·LOCK·VAR:0,·feet)·100·-·(>K:2:AP_ALT_VAR_SET_ENGLISH)
2. ALT DEC 1000 - (A:AUTOPILOT·ALTITUDE·LOCK·VAR:0,·feet)·1000·-·(>K:2:AP_ALT_VAR_SET_ENGLISH)
3. ALT INC 100 - (A:AUTOPILOT·ALTITUDE·LOCK·VAR:0,·feet)·100·+·(>K:2:AP_ALT_VAR_SET_ENGLISH)
4. ALT INC 1000 - (A:AUTOPILOT·ALTITUDE·LOCK·VAR:0,·feet)·1000·+·(>K:2:AP_ALT_VAR_SET_ENGLISH)

Yes, but it is not AAO fault, but mine.
AAO tolerated the wrong code until 2.70.
Update will follow

Hello, I'm having some problems using this. I installed the plugins, ran AAO in administrator mode, enabled WebAPI, imported the scripts, connected to the simulator. But when I hit the buttons, no responding at all. I didn't install the MCP Combo, is it necessary?

I love this add on, thank you! Recently, I'm having an issue where I can control heading and also turn on AP, YD, and change modes, but the Altitude knobs do not actually have any impact on the altitude setting, even though it has worked in the past and I am using the NXi mod. Can you provide any insight?

I have followed the instructions on your profiles as well as others, yet some icons don't load on the buttons initially...unless i go to: ''AAO/Tools/Port settings for web/ '' and re-apply port 9080, then they appear, furthermore, windows firewall has an ''Allow'' exception on port 9080?.
PS: Although still get a ''yellow' triangle on ''Numpads'' with no option to return. I just know its something minor? kudos

You have connection problems between the StreamDeck and AAO.
Please read the AAO manual carefully or contact the AAO developer.
I'm sorry, I just make the profiles, for connection Issues I can't help really

Nice plugin yet i have some issues with certain button icons not displaying, for instance: ''G1000 Nav'' page, buttons 2/3/4/9/10/12/13/14/22. No icons on those buttons just text?. And if i go to a ''Coms page'' there is no way to return?.
I'm sure its something ive not done correctly, nothing wrong with the plugin.

Have the port issue from the FBW profile comment solved these issues also?

Hi,
Excellent work.
But I have some problems and I need help.
Some buttons work and some don't.
I've gone through everything and can't find any issues (some buttons working means no serious installation issues).
Example (in panel XX) ...
Buttons that work:
HDG
Increase HDG
Reduce HDG
Set HDG on heading
AP
FD
Buttons not working:
PFD6
Increase ALT
Reduce ALT
NOSE UP
NOSE DOWN
I have compared the StreamDeck commands with a colleague and they are the same (they work for my colleague and they don't work for me).
I don't know where to look for the problem anymore, I appreciate any help in advance.
Best Regards.
Gabriel.

Hello Gabriel,
Thank you very much for your donation!!!
I have right now checked it and here everything is working
please check if you have really the latest version of AAO and its SD plugin
Have you successfully imported the G100Xi Scripts into AAO?
Do we talk really about the WT G1000 NXi and not the default AP (or the default G1000)?!
At least please drop me a PM and show me some screenshots of your SD profile and AAO.
I'm sure we get it solved and sorry for any circumstances

Thanks for your excellent work. I have been trying to learn how to use a streamdeck for flight sim from scratch the last few days and your stuff here has been very helpful. I have a 15 button so making my own plane profiles with the aid of yours. I have a basic understanding of using AAO now but not much beyond the K: and A: fields with bool values. There are a couple of functions that don't fall in the 5x3 area that I can't figure out myself yet such as the 6 buttons Dirrectto, menu etc. Most likely going to go deep down this rabbit hole so I'd really appreciate a point in the right direction for learning how to figure out events, variables, values and maybe even scripting for any other functions I might want to try and use. Might have to ask Santa for an xl too haha.

Hello, and thx!
I think asking Santa for a XL would be the best solution. Then you can use the 15 button one for other tasks, like views, ATC, FMC whatever.
In general, gathering variables is not easy, really.
Every addon uses different variables, types of variables and combinations.
One point to start is the devloper mode and then the behaviour window. open it and play a bit around with it and you will find some variables.
An other way is to open the addons xml and search with Notepad++ there for keywords you'd like to find and hope, the developer is following a logic naming
As I said, it is not easy, learning curve is very steep!

Nice profile and love it.
However, whenever I attempt to check the actions or assign a new button in any of these profiles designed to go with the Lorbys plugin, the SD software becomes unresponsive and the SD as well. Stuck there and cannot modify anything. All my others custom personal profiles work just fine. What can be wrong there ?

I don't know, please contact the developer of AAO and its SD plugin, thanks!

Sir, I am starting to get the hang of SD but wanted to confirm a few things before moving ahead too fast. What exactly does the script do - Provide feedback from the sim like wind direction and speed, Baro, etc? Also, I assume once I load the profiles all will work together seamlessly, correct? What should I customize to the profile so it fits in with the other profiles I have linked back to my main SD Home Page? It appears the SELECT PLANE is the only ICON and Button that needs to be customized, correct? I am tailoring profile for the C208. Lastly, As I went through the buttons selecting each of the main Areas Titled "Garmin", when I got to the G1000 NAV Profile screen The AP and COM BARO Buttons had to be manually bounds to their respective Profiles while the PFD and MFD buttons work fine with their profile set to "My Home". I don't understand what "My Home" has to do with this group of profiles. Would you please explain the logic behind the scenes? Thanks

Hello,
the scripts are necessary to "translate" some variables for the SD plugin. You can't input this addo code directly into the SD.
As example, this is the code for VS up:
(A:AUTOPILOT·VERTICAL·HOLD,·Bool)·if{·(>K:AP_VS_VAR_INC)·(>H:AP_DN)·}·(A:AUTOPILOT·FLIGHT·LEVEL·CHANGE,·Bool)·if{·(>K:AP_SPD_VAR_INC)·}·(A:AUTOPILOT·PITCH·HOLD,·Bool)·if{·(>K:AP_PITCH_REF_INC_UP)·}
To manage all this, you need a script which is then called by the SD plugin and executed with AAO.
My logic how I use the SD is, that I have a "SD Home Page" as you call it.
Then I have a profil "aircraft selector" from where I choose the aircraft profile I want.
With aircraft with a G1000 I have also a "change profile" button which leads then to the G1000 profile (and its subprofiles)
So, if you load all my G1000 profiles, they will work as they are. You just have to define your "SD Home page" or aircrafts ... however you'd like to set it up.
I'm not sure if I have understood you right, feel free to ask some more questions
