A rendition of the Kwegono bush strip. This strip is known for being a dramatic flattened ridgeline on the top of a steep mountain.
V2.0 is a complete redesign of the scenery; it fixes some anomalies introduced with the Oceania World Update, but more importantly I've just learned new things about scenery design and this version of the strip fits much more naturally into its surroundings. The first version ended up as a big hulking massif sticking off the end of the ridge; that was simply the best I could do at the time. This version sits naturally atop the ridge and follows it, much more like the real place.

If You Have Trees Covering the Scenery:
...then you're running Wantok's Western New Guinea terrain fixes. This is good (if you aren't, go get it), but as his mod and my Kwegono scenery both work on the same area, there is a potential for conflict. To fix this, adjust the package loading order so that my Kwegono scenery loads at a higher priority than the Wantok mods (this means it's further down the list, with a higher priority number). Detailed instructions follow, if you're unfamiliar with this process. It is easy, only needs to be done once, and will not affect anything else about Wantok's excellent mods.
1. In MSFS, open Options --> General Options --> Experimental.
2. Toggle "Package Reorder Tool" to ON.
3. In the list that appears, locate "crowley-airport-wakn-kwegono-v20". Click the downward pointing arrow to the right of the number.
4. Verify that "crowley-airport-wakn-kwegono-v20" has now moved down to near the bottom of the list, and is below "wantok-western-new-guinea-fixes", with a higher positive number than the Wantok mod.
5. Close the scenery package order tool, toggle the Package Reorder Tool entry to OFF, click Apply and Save.
This screenshot shows how your list should look:

Now when you load back up at the Kwegono scenery, you'll see it correctly.
Great strip! Thanks for recreating this. I'm amazed Paddy flies into here. BTW my fixes in western New Guinea have moved from my PNG terrain fixes mod into a new mod (western New Guinea fixes). Several of the large cloud-texture fixes have changed and it looks like the one close to this strip is not as good as it could be. I'll fix that in the next version.

All right, is there a bug that causes this setting not to persist during an edit or something? I HAD the country tagged, and now it's not... I did edit a typo in the description. Hrm... but yeah, thanks, I'll fix it.
