Little Diomede Island Airfield is a fictional airfield on the Little Diomede island. It is right next to the Russian Border in Alaska, and I thought it to be a very interesting island.
This airfield is pretty much unuseable for most aircraft, due to the fact of the uneven sloped runway, and it being on the top of a windy, cold weatherous island. On the apron, you've better hope you got parking brakes or else your plane is gonna roll straight down to the ocean. This 150m gravel field is mostly used for bushplane tourists from Russia or Alaska, but you may need a special certification to be able to enter. There is no air traffic control, so you're on your own here.
This scenery includes an airport, a road from the airport to the town, and adds rocks and terraforming to the very centre dock of the town.
More to come soon.
