Azurpoly C-160 Transall German Luftwaffe – 5033 (UN Mission)
This is a livery for the Azurpoly C-160 Transall used by German Luftwaffe operated by the United Nations. The livery is overall white colored and belongs to the LTG 61 (Lufttransport Geschwader /air transport squadron 61) based at (ETSA) Landsberg Air Base.
The German Air Force operated on behalf of the United Nations three Transall aircraft from Mombasa, Kenya, as a part of Operation Provide Relief (UNOSOM II) in Somalia during 1992-1993.
Her last flight took place at the end of May 2017. Afterwards, all of these aircraft were scrapped. Unfortunately, none of the 6 white ones made it into a museum.
I found no pictures from the uppersite of the plane. The livery is WIP.
I will be away for two weeks.
If you like the livery, give me some stars please.
If you miss something, please tell me how to improve it.
Best wishes from Germany and always happy landings to all pilots who love to explore the world 😊
