MSFS thinks this is an airfield in the Adirondack Mountains and it does appear to look like a turf landing strip but it is in fact just clearcut for power lines. This is actually a seaplane base and has been modified accordingly:
- Runways added, defined by actual width/length/heading and placed where they would fit on the lake, precise runway locations unknown
- Parking spot added near marina for cold & dark starts
- Windsock on island in middle of the lake for checking before landing, actual windsock position unknown
- Original land runway removed & natural scenery restored
- Water masking & vegetation added in the immediate area of the airport where it would be noticeable while in the pattern
Thanks to those who pointed out to me that this was an actual airport! Original version remains available if you just want to remove the original airport (but does not have local watermask/vegetation enhancements)

And I think you were referring to Piseco K09 not Pistero.
Thanks again for focusing your work on this part of the world.
