This livery is based off the USCG HU-25 Guardian used for search and rescue and maritime patrol missions.
This aircraft is based out of Miami, the number is fictional like the livery.
There are two versions in this download the USCG msfs reg version has no panel file so will work with improvement mods.

Worked with SU11, but doesn't appear to work with the AAU1 update (I'm using the msfs reg version)?
