Description
Maia Municipal Airport or Vilar de Luz Airport is a regional airport open since 1995 and is located in the north of Portugal right next to Porto Airport (LPPR) and near Braga Airport (LPBR). Nowadays there are three companies operating in it:
- Skydive Maia, a leisure company for skydiving and fly tours;
- Nortávia, a certified ATPL flight school and Cessna maintenance center;
- Aeroclube do Porto, a PPL flight school.
The airport is only certified for VFR and daytime operation, as there are no runway lights and no ILS or RNAV.
Due to proximity Porto CTR and Porto TMA, the following procedures must be accomplished:
- Previously listen to Porto ATIS FREQ.124.305 MHZ
- Previously contact with Porto APP FREQ. MHz or whichever frequency broadcasted by ATIS (Not implemented yet)
- Note: Until contact with Porto APP is established the Aircraft shall remain in uncontrolled airspace (i.e. remaining on the aerodrome circuit or flying into VFR routes established in VFR Manual)

Features
This is a freeware version of the airport and a complete overhaul of the default airport which adds the following features:
- High detail custom buildings;
- Added refueling spot
- Overhauled Taxiways;
- Fixed Runway 16;
- Added Lidador Tower and Maia Town Hall in the center of Maia city;
- Custom houses at Vale Pisão Golf Club near the airport;
- Fixed terrain elevations, tunnel and slope;

Known Issues:
- Compatible with MSFS 2024 but dependency librariies objects, are not shown. Do not install them for this airport
Notes:
- Not tested with MK Studios LPPR Porto Airport (I think it should work but I don't have it to test);
- Not compatible with the payware LPVL from SimWorks Studios, for obvious reasons;
- This project is now LEGACY and will not be Updated anymore

i downloaded and copy in my community folder. After, no airportservices works. The default asobo marshaller, pushback.... Why you switched off?

You are correct, I wasn't aware of that problem and will fix it in the mean time, i you want to fix it right now just delete any airport services folder in the addon folder, and the addon will work normally.

You can download again I already fixed the problem, until I figure out on how to solve the custom services the airfield has the standard services just like every addon

@flyDba how about changing your rating!? that rating is unfair in the beginning, one error and you give on star immediately...dev as fixed and hes working free for you, so be fair and change that.
