Welcome to Silva Bay on Gabriola Island, BC (CSYF)
You’ll find a marina with a little seaplane dock, Gulf Island Seaplanes operates out of there with their DHC-2 Beaver. I adjusted many areas around the bay to fit with trees, water and terrain also on Degnan Bay.
All marinas require my Seaplane Asset Library and they all are compatible with mamudesigns Marinas.

if the marinas are loaded on top of my scene, you can change it in the content manager by putting marinas in the list above Silva Bay, so my scene is loaded after - and the docks and ships in the specific areas will be excluded! Thanks for reporting!

I've been to Silva Bay many times, and I've stood on that float plane dock. You nailed it! Absolutely thrilled!

This looks fantastic! But there is an issue, I'm seeing mamudesigns dock and boats sitting on top of your docks, completely overlapping them. Any idea how to resolve that?

I had an issue on a pier I built. The guy that builds makes the world docks mod suggested to add an exclusion polygon around the entire area you are working on in the water. This will prevent the dock osm from appearing. Fixed it for me.
