Description
This scenery enhancement for Vestjyllands Lufthavn is an initial release. It is not finished but will be developed further.
Current features:
- PBR texturing throughout
- All default buildings and objects excluded
- 18 detailed custom buildings around the main apron
- Custom mesh for refuelling station
- Detailed custom buildings for the museum complex
- Custom Spitfire IX scenery object as museum guard
- Accurate aprons and taxiways
- Updated ground polygons
- Airport lighting
- Custom objects
- No 3rd party libraries except those included in MSFS2020 Standard Edition
- Low impact, initially less than 20Mb in total
Installation:
Unzipped scenery folder into Community
Known limitations:
Some ground artifacts if used with Google replacement maps addon.
No ATC, but the airport has AFIS.

Other users have reported issues with excluding default objects in 2024, which is common with 2020 freeware.

Beautiful. Great work and a high recognition value. Denmark is a very beautiful country anyway. Five stars well deserved.

Thanks. There is some progress towards a new version with many improvements. But no release date as yet.

Tak! Its only my 2nd scenery for MSFS and the models are made from public resources, where the airport seems to have undergone several changes in recent years. So there are compromises.
If you, or anyone else, have local knowledge that could improve the scenery, I would be happy to know.
