STORY BEHIND THE LTVB IMSIK AIPORT
Turkey's first private airport
Bodrum-Imsik Airport located in Bodrum district of Muğla province.
Located near the Mumcular Dam, the airport is 20 km far from Bodrum. It was established on the land purchased by businessman Fuat Imsik in the late 80s as an alternative to road transportation due to the increasing number of visitors to Bodrum in the 1980s.
Turkey's first private airport built in 1988, Then they have started flights to Istanbul (Atatürk) and Ankara (Esenboğa) airports organized by Imsik Airlines.
Unfortunately the airport has completed its lifetime in the real life and sold to military in late 90s, As his (Fuat Imsik) grandson i wanted to create the airport again like it is still existed to the memory of Fuat Imsik.

Gerçekten elinize sağlık fakat ben Imsık havalimanı ile hiç bir bağlantısını göremedim. Şu anki durumu birkaç binadan ibaret bir askeri bölge.

Merhabalar. Bu versiyonu eger imsik havalimani sivil bir havalimani olarak hayatina devam etseydi ne olurdu felsefesi ile tasarlandi. Bu sebeple su anki aslindan uzak bir yapida. yorumunuz icin tesekkurler
