    C:\Users\ [username] \AppData\Local\AMD but there is multiple folders with "cahce" in it in that destination idk which one you are looking for

    It will clean the DXCache from NVIDIA, the temp files and the MSFS cache...
    In every file after using it says; The process can't access the file because it's being accessed by someone else. Nothing is cleaned or removed.

    That is what I said in the readme. Not all files can be deleted since NVIDIA still uses some cache files. That is what that error says.

    I'm curious and it seems useful, so I want to try using it too. How often should I do it? Should I run it every time before flying?

    Hey, you don’t need to run it every time when you start msfs. Just run it if you notice that your frames are dropping after some time.

    This tool will clear the msfs cache. I'm pretty sure that this will also help with AMD.

    Hello! Thanks for making this! I have a similar script I've pieced together over the last few years. There's a few things you might consider changing:

    The ""%appdata%\Microsoft Flight Simulator\cache\0\" folders you're looking for can also be in "%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\cache\0"

    Also - I find clearing Scenery Indexes helps too. They're here for me (MS Store version): "%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SceneryIndexes". They will be rebuilt on the next MSFS restart.
