This appears to be related to Cloudflare Turnstile, which handles the security verification, rather than an issue on our end. Since it started immediately after a Chrome update and works correctly in Edge, it’s likely something in Chrome is preventing the Turnstile verification from completing properly.
A few things you can try:
- Clear the site’s cookies and cached data, then restart Chrome.
- Make sure JavaScript and cookies are enabled.
- Try the site in an Incognito window to rule out cached settings or profile-related issues.
- Check that Chrome’s built-in tracking/privacy settings aren’t blocking the verification.
- Make sure Chrome is fully up to date, as a follow-up update may resolve the issue.
- If possible, try a fresh Chrome profile to see whether the problem is specific to your current browser profile.
Since the verification itself is provided by Cloudflare, there unfortunately isn’t much we can change on our side to resolve a browser-specific Turnstile loop.
