    Description

    This pack includes nine highly detailed and realistic liveries representing some of the newly-painted Boeing 737-800 aircraft operated by Calgary-based WestJet. Custom decals and config files included. 

    C-GWSZ (FIN 812) - Dirty 

    C-GWRG (FIN 818) - Alternative Cockpit Registration Sticker 

    C-FWIJ (FIN 819)  - Dirty 

    C-GAWS (FIN 820) -  Worn

    C-GVWA (FIN 825) - Mismatched engine cowling 

    C-FUSM (FIN 826) - Worn + Alternative Cockpit Registration Sticker 

    C-GWUX (FIN 830)

    C-FPLS (FIN 839)

    ------------------------

    Method 1: Install via the PMDG OC3

    1-Decompress the downloaded .rar file somewhere in your PC. You should have 9 different .zip files
    2-Open OC3, click "import" and select the .zip files 
    3-All nine liveries will show as installed on OC3

    Method 2: Install via Community Folder

    1- Download 'Drop-in Community Folder' file

    2- Decompress the livery files in your Community Folder

    3-All nine liveries will show in your Flight Simulator

    Install config file and load it via the FMC

    C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\MSFS2024\pmdg-aircraft-738\work\Aircraft

    These are very nice, the red/white stripes do not exist on any westjet airplane.

    Thank you for creating these. One small issue I hope you could address, on top and underneath the aircraft there for lack of a better words small fins, they are red or white with red stripes, I believe by looking at some real pics of the aircraft they match the westjet color scheme. Just a heads up incase you ever have the time to address this.

    So, the problem I have is that the download for OC3 is not packaged as described. It only gives me one zipped file with C-GWUX and because of this format, OC3 doesn't recognize it. Otherwise this is a beautiful repaint, hopefully you can get the download fixed soon for OC3 though.

    Does not work as described with OC3. OC3 does not recognize the zip file when the folder is selected. When unpacked the downloaded zip file also does not contain any files that are recognizable for OC3.

    Problem might be that I am using the built-in Windows functionality to unpack the folder?

    Edit: ok, works when using 7Zip, but its not intuitive

    I normally just use the built-in Windows functionality where you can just open or unpack zipped files without an additional app. Right-Click the archive and select "extract all". With your download this leads to OC3 not being able to handle the files, there are no other archives in the file, just some folders.

    Then I selected "Open with 7Zip" and extracted it from there. Then it was as described and after unpacking, there were multiple zipped files that OC3 could handle.

    I only have this issue with your download, everything else I recently downloaded from here could be extracted with the Windows unzipper.

    But as you can see, there are some other comments were the users are confused how to handle your file.

    Will this install by putting the folder into the Community Folder? I bought my 737 from Market Place so cannot use OC3. Thanks. Will donate if it installs by putting the file in the community folder.

    Does not work I tried what you said here but, the .rar file only contains .ptp files and config folder. Will not import through OC3.

    Hello. It seems you might have downloaded the FS2020 version. There are no PTPs or config files in the 2024 version
