I would like to suggest some additional training aids :)
1. A visual guide as to the usual helicopter traffic pattern (at least on the ground, with perhaps altitude and airspeed descriptions or even better just the same type of semi-opaque lines that show the pattern and takeoff, landing, approaches. The goal posts that MSFS2024 puts up are not all that helpful (to me anyway). I believe this would aid in building muscle memory and the proper visual cues needed to be comfortable in flying the traffic pattern.
2. The 'box' as shown in one of Matthew Crawford's videos on Hover at LOWI at parking spot 68 I believe. See:

Something like that would also aid in learning to hover.
3. Marking a 'box' on the ground to practice hovering as shown in Matt's video: MSFS Helicopters Boosted with DHM...

with directions provided somehow? This would also be nice to have.
Thanks for all your work, time, and effort. It is deeply appreciated, and I hope that you find these suggestions as cool things to add :)

1 Q. Are there any flight plan files, that have a waypoint for evry training area? If NOT, do I need to search all islands, or just the large one to find them all?

I’ve now spent about 3 hours flying your Rotorland addon, and I’m really grateful that you’re taking the time to develop this for the community. I have a few suggestions for improvements based on my experience:
1. Collision Issues: The concrete blocks intended for one-skid landings are not "solid" objects, so the skids fall right through them. Could you perhaps replace them with solid assets? I noticed the white radar domes on the water platforms are solid—maybe you could repurpose those for the ground course?
2. Platform Friction: The agricultural truck platform also lacks "solidity" or friction. The helicopter won't stay put without constant cyclic input. I’ve experienced this on several other platforms throughout the addon as well.
3. Invisible Barriers: When attempting to land on the oil tanker pad, the helicopter hovers in the air above it rather than touching down on the deck.
4. Livestock Integration: Would it be possible to add some sheep and cows to the large open field next to the agricultural truck? It would be fun to practice herding them. If possible, could they be fenced in so they don't wander into the woods? I’m not sure if different fence types affect their pathing, but perhaps using buildings as boundaries would help keep them contained.
5. Logging Platforms: Regarding the logging platforms on the forest slopes, I was picturing the small ones made of actual logs. It would be great to have a variety of sizes to practice on. Additionally, placing them in clearings surrounded by tall trees would allow us to practice steep approaches and precision landings.
