    Description

    Adds a GSX app to the Synaptic A220 EFB so you can load the aircraft from the tablet: boarding, catering, and refuelling, with live progress, loadsheet weights, and SimBrief payload.

    The stock A220 does not let GSX control fuel. This addon does. The refuel truck follows GSX, and fuel on the aircraft climbs to your SimBrief ramp quantity. You can run refuelling on its own, boarding on its own, or both together.

    CHROME

    1. Try downloading the EFB.
    2. Open Downloads (Ctrl + J).
    3. Find the blocked EFB download.
    4. Click ⋮ → Download dangerous file / Keep.
    5. Confirm Keep anyway.

    EDGE

    1. Try downloading the EFB.
    2. Open Downloads (Ctrl + J).
    3. Find the blocked EFB download.
    4. Click ⋯ → Keep.
    5. If another warning appears, choose Show more → Keep anyway.

    IF WINDOWS DEFENDER REMOVES IT

    1. Search Windows for Protection History.
    2. Open the newest detection for the EFB.
    3. Select Actions → Allow on device.
    4. Download the EFB again.

    ⚠️ Only do this for the EFB downloaded from our official link. Do not disable your antivirus or browser security.

    UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO TO REMOVE THIS ANTI-VIRUS FALSE POSITIVE. THIS IS BECAUSE OF THE LARGE JS FILES. PLEASE SUBMIT TO YOUR ANTI-VIRUS PROVIDER THAT THIS IS A FALSE POSITIVE.

    I have put the ua220-efb-gsx-app into the Community Folder but it is not appearing in the A220 EFB as in your last photo. Your Procedures is working OK.

    Unless you want to disable your antivirus this is unusable. Windows completely nukes it and even when marking it to allow on device in Defender as soon as I turn the protection back on it nukes it from existence again. It sees it as the worst kind of virus there is. I won't give a rating as I do believe it to be a false positive so wouldn't be fair to rate it. But for me it's unusable currently.

    Trojan:Script/Wacatac.H!ml is all Windows Defender gives on information about it if that helps.

    Thank you for the amazing work that brings additional realism to the management of this A220!
    If I may the below comments/suggestions and see them in a future update, this would be awesome!

    When launching the loading process:
    1- Catering is systematic when we select boarding+refuelling. This is not always realistic as in transit we may not need catering. Maybe having an option to select boarding+refuelling with/without catering would be nice!
    2- We no longer have information (sound+memo) that doors need to be opened/closed, especially for catering or luggage loading. It may be useful in the case the automation may not work (it happened to me a couple of times).
    3- When chocks are ON, if one sets the parking brakes OFF, everything is removed. Any way you would be able to make sure that chocks are properly recognized so we can set parking brake to OFF?

    On the EFB GSX page you created, we have live figures for ZFW/ZFWCG/GW etc. It would be great to have in addition to these live figures, the target from the OFP. Very useful to perform preliminary computations before the final figures are available.

    Finally, I have seen some inconsistencies in the loading figures between simbrief, the default loadsheet app from iniBuilds, and your app. Can't really say where these inconsistencies come from, maybe you have clues or means to make all these coherent!

    Open to discuss these points, and looking forward to installing a future update :)

    Fully recognize the virus detection on the current download is a FALSE indication by Windows--I'm actually able to download and open the file on MacOS which also has virus protection. Also, ran it through TotalVirus and Claude which confirm it is ok and identify the specific line that is likely causing the false protection. However, my Windows machine really does not like it. Won't even give me the option to ignore the threat indication and it will not let me download / copy the file. Is there a way to modify the file so Windows does not have a problem with it? The 1.03 version did not have the problem so though it might be possible.

    Sorry you have to deal with this but it is likely to keep coming up unless there is a way to re-factor the code so it does not get flagged.

    I'm not the creator, but I've quickly looked around the JavaScript and I didn't find anything malicious. Antiviruses and VirusTotal seem to detect it because it's fetching the SimBrief API.

    Hi there.

    That Avast/AVG hit (JS:Trojan.Cryxos.307 on gsx-lib.js) is a false positive. There is no trojan in the addon.

    Cryxos is a heuristic. It often flags large, readable JavaScript that talks to the internet. In our case that is the SimBrief OFP import in gsx-lib.js (fetch / XMLHttpRequest to simbrief.com) plus normal EFB timers. The file is plain source, not encrypted, no eval, no packed payload.

    Please feel free to verify yourself.

    In the meantime, your review has been reported to flightsim.to for making false claims and spreading misinformation.
