Simple installation:
1 - Extract the ZIP
2 - open the new folder - In the folder there is another folder with the same name
3 - copy the file "FBW_A320neo_PTTMN" and paste it in you community folder.
4 - Take a deep breath and rejoice now
5 - Now you are ready to fly. Have fun

But, I think it might need some corrections. You can check the real airplane on this link: https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/8876378
Things I noticed from the image compared with your livery:
- Text is "Primer A320 NEO de Sudamerica"
- The logo near the main doors is inverted.
- Nose looks like is a bit dark gray ... but I am not sure.
