The N537XR, if you search it, it appears to be the registration of a small Cessna plane. N8703J or one of the others would make more sense.

It is a different Livery from the original/default one, you should see it at the end of the Livery list.

Sorry, but the model is actually a 737 MAX 8, and changing it to a 7 would be inaccurate.
