Description
This is a comprehensive checklist including some procedures for PMDG´s DC-6.
Two Checklists included:
One including full use off the AFE.
One completely without using the AFE.
This checklist is intented for flight simulator use only. If necessary I tried to optimize workflow for single pilot operation. Bold items are important & required, but sufficent for a quick startup. Non-bold items are optional for the complete checklist.
This checklist is also included now in my Ingame Checklist Addon, which shows you all of my checklist in a ingame window.

There is something up with the AFE checklist. Whenever I unzip and try to move it, Windows Explorer loses its shit

First time I heard of soemthing like that. STill works ffine for me. Try to use standard Windows 7-Zip, if not already.

A little note about the before takeoff part: it says that the gyro pilot should be on, but is that really true?

True is relative. I switch the gyropilot on, so that when I have to go on autopilot I only need to switch on the mechanical connector.

Thank you very much - very well put together. One comment: a few times during approach and landing you warn about the sensitivity of the auto feather. It's a safety feature used during take-off (only). As per POH it should be switched off coming out of METO power in the initial climp phase, so no need to take it into consideration later in flight.

Capitains instruments and radio inverters: oposite to F/O - what does this cheklist item mean? I couldn't understand what it's about nor did I find it in the overhead. if you can tell us. congratulations for your work. your contribution to the community is of utmost importance.

it means that one of both goes to the most down position and the other one in the most up position, so that they are "opposite". Wich one doesnt matter.
