This P-3 series is an FSX legacy version.
The VC reads the default B747. You may disagree with this technique, but only download it if you can tolerate it.
There are some changes to the model for MSFS2020, so it doesn't make sense to use it with FSX or P3Dv4.
Includes new light effects and installation.txt.
What you can and cannot do.
Gimmicks made with FSX and P3Dv4 cannot be used.
The engine cannot be restarted or cold started.
You can stop the engine individually, but you cannot feathering. (The propeller pitch can be moved depending on the setting.)
Autopilot and autothrottle conform to B747.
For the time being, it is not a package, but each is released independently.
Adrian's P-3C Orion Sounds are included in each P-3. These are with his permission.

The description of B747VC in model.cfg may differ depending on the place of purchase. If you cannot see the VC, try changing it to the correct description according to your installation destination.

After update cant see out windows. Most Legacy imported aircraft have problems. crashing or other problems. Legacy Importer needs to be updated.

After the MSFS2020 July 27th mandatory 30+GB update, In cockpit view you can't see out the windows (all is dark on all the P-3's). External views are fine.

Yes, mine also has purple artifacts on the glareshield and in external HUD, the engine display is frozen.

Giving it 3 and a half stars out of 5. Flys great, sounds great, AP works perfectly. I don't mind that it has the 747 cockpit in it. However, my only gripe is that when you're sitting in the VC, the VC doesn't actually sit in the aircraft where the cockpit would be. It sits very high in the air and about 20-30 feet IN FRONT of the aircraft. Makes it difficult to land because you think you're way higher then you actually are. If/Once this is fixed... easy 5/5.

I was about to comment the same thing. I was trying to line up with a runway sign, and as I lined it up I checked third person and I was at least half a plane length off.

Looks like it! He's putting out updates for the P-3's but this is easily my biggest complaint.

You do know that physically there is no difference between the B and C models. You just need a new livery.

Some external difference. No sonobuoy chutes, HF antenna locations, other antennas.
