The barge model allows you to land on it. The length available to the pilot is 72 meters long strip and 10 meters wide so there is no room for error.
The IRL landing used a CarbonCub EX in super-light version.

I put it in the Community folder but the addon is not in the sim, is there something I'm missing?

I don't see the POI on the map, but if I take off from Plock EPPL and follow the river to the West, I can see the barge after a couple of minutes (and land on it ;-)...
