Asobo has made my work easy in Bielefeld. The new Photogrammetry for Bielfeld includes the hospital and helipad. I was able to land on the helipad but I added an invisible helipad underneath the surface to prevent sinking. I have added a windsock, some area lights, and Green Helipad Lights from the EDHK LIght pack.

I have created a fictitious ICAO code for this location. The code is 1H02. If there is a real world code please let me know, I can change this easily.
