    Description

    There took place the very first action of D-day.

    The scenery includes :

    - Pegasus bridges (original + modern copy over the Caen canal)

    - Pegasus memorial museum

    - Glider markers

    also added in Version 2.0 :

    - Merville battery landmark

     

    Version 2.2 : updated for compatibility both FS2020 and FS2024

     

    Recommended combination with my other sceneries to get the Normandy megapack :

    Saint Vaast - Tatihou » Microsoft Flight Simulator

    Juno Beach » Microsoft Flight Simulator

    Omaha Beach & Normandy pack » Microsoft Flight Simulator

     

    It can also be combined with other recommended Normandy sceneries :
    Normandy Region for Microsoft Flight Simulator | MSFS (just delete Pegasus Bridge folder from it if you prefer to use my version of Pegasus Bridge)

    Hey, droide-normandie-pegasus-modelLib.BGL & ModelLib.bgl are duplicates and polygons.bgl is missing from layout.json (i guess it's a leftover and should have been deleted.)

    Just downloaded the update and noticed there is not a separate folder for Merville battery landmark aerial unlike the previous version. Should I retain it from the last version, or has it been combined with the main folder now so is no longer needed? Thank you!

    Just use the folders provided in "Version for MS2024".
    Indeed, aerial scenery is not needed anymore since MSFS2024 has better satellite imagery.

    Hi,
    My Pegasus bridge is not showing up. The folder is in the Community-folder. I only see a default, flat bridge. What can I have done wrong?

    Ayant fait plusieurs fois le trajet Carpiquet, Ouistreham , j'étais déçu de ne pas voir ce pont. C'est maintenant résolu grâce à votre travail.
