China Airlines unveiled its “Love & Hug” aeroplane featuring livery from renowned Taiwanese illustrator Jimmy Liao, the first in a series of liveried aircraft showcasing Taiwan’s cultural creativity. China Airlines introduced the “Love & Hug” paint scheme on a B747-400 jet, in which little boys and girls are locked in a loving embrace with protected animals and planet Earth. A reflection of China Airlines’ commitment to protecting our natural habitat, the illustrations also convey the concept that a journey starts with a big hug. Using its aircraft as a canvas for Taiwan’s creative talent, China Airlines will be promoting Taiwan’s cultural creativity around the world with every “Love & Hug” flight.
This livery includes 2 versions, “Left” and “Right”, because of the limitations of 747 texture file, each version has text and decals on the other side mirrored. (In this livery the left and right has different decals)
