wish I'd read that part about the unlandable pad..... still adjusting to the new 145 controls and had a nice approach in 20+ winds, then, right through the scenery.... which is gorgeous, btw. you should chat with this creator, the helipads work on his rigs. https://flightsim.to/file/5627/santa-barbara-oil-rig-placements or this one. How can I find it in the Sim? Do you have some coordinates?

coordinate : 60.69308586174608, 3.6022952835356565 and normaly you can see it on the MSFS MAP as helipad.

Yeah, since I've no idea where it is in norway, I don't have any idea where to look for it on the map ;)

There's a landable platform included as a 3d model in here - https://flightsim.to/file/17656/a-guide-to-msfs-scenery-creation
You'll probably have to scale it up. There's a coloured version to place, and a transparent and solid one one to replace it once it's in the right position. Check the helipads section for a description.

I forgot to mention they are hiding inside the 'Heliport' modellib.
It's probably sensible to change each model's GUID in the XMLs but other than that they're ready to be dropped into your modellib.
