    Description

    Repaint of the MSFS C172 (G1000) in Civil Air Patrol color.

     

    This update corrects some issues with the paint scheme on the aircraft.  Basically the lines are moved up a little higher on the nose. Also, due to a change in the basic model I removed the tail number from the panel.cfg so that it no longer gets printed on the underside of the left wing (so wish they would make that a separate line entry in the panel.cfg file). Therefore I have painted a tail number of an Alaska Wing CAP C172 G1000 (N890CP) onto the aircraft.

    This update is also compatible with the Baglou Cessna mod as well as the default C172 G1000.

    Yes, there is a C172 (Classic) which is "steam gauges" available in the deluxe version of MSFS.

    Thank you for updating this to be compatible with Bagolu! I fly a 182 in Florida Wing, but I'll likely start flying a 172 soon as well. Glad to have this livery!

    It is a little annoying that you cant simrate up though because if you crash you start all over again. Also the waypoint markers are immersion breaking. A simple instrument marker would of been fine. I never saw the flare either

    I just flew mine in the Sim and seems to work just fine. I might suggest trying to redownload the file. You wouldn't be the first one to get a corrupted file.

    If you still have an issue, I can remake the download zip file.
