Update April 10 2022
I have updated this mod to now include 2 folders. The first folder contains the original lighting and scenery enhancements that was included in the original mod. The second folder contains the new handcrafted changes to the taxiways, parking and runway changes. To install this mod, copy both folders into your Community folder. You can only copy one folder as well if you prefer.
Update March 07 2022
The mod requires the World Updates for the following models to show. Please let me know if the mod doesn't work with out the updates. Most of the mode depends of fs_base so a majority of the lights will be available regardless of the update you have.
- World Update 2 - KATL_VOR model.
- World Update 7 - LIB_Light_## model.
- Game of the Year Edition - EDVK_Tower, Patrick_air_force-Building_36 models.
Update March 06 2022
Hello!
Continuing on the process of improving the Jamaican airports in MSFS2020 I present to you Sangster Int. Airport. This is a basic enhancement scenery that only modifies the airport look at not the airport itself. I used various fs-base, asobo and microsoft models in the mod so make sure you have downloaded all the World Updates to ensure you don't miss any models. As always please feel free to critique anything, as this will make the model better overtime.

MKJS Terminal Lighting
- Added Highmast Lights on the Terminal
- Fencing arround the entire airport.
- Fencing along airport entrance road.
- Added generic ATC tower to represent old Tower on terminal.
- Added generic round ATC tower. (No tower was present in the default scene.)
- Added fire trucks to fire station.
MKJS Aiport Grounds
- Added street lights arround the hangars and service area.
- Added fencing and clutter in airport service area.
- Added cars to parking lot.
- Added vegitation in parking lot.
- Added Palm trees around both airport entrances.
- Removed vegitation near runway.
- Added VOR station model.

For some reason I don't vectored into the airports when I fly IFR using default ATC. When going to MKJS it never gave me the clearance to land and when going to MKJP it never gave me the clearance to descend to the destination even when I was right above it

Great airport and scenery
Don't forget to update the version number in the manifest.json files.
Here it shows version number 2.3, but shows 0.1.0 in the manifests.

Flown into here many a time. Wicked effort to make this airport, great job. Would be cool to see some AJAS guys around the ramp haha.

What is the proper way to install this? Both folders into the Community folder or one of the two? A little confusing. Thanks for any help!

You should copy both folders into your Community folder for the full experience. One folder is for the parking spots and taxiway changes and the second folder is for the scenery enhancement such as lights and additional building and vegitation.
If you would like to only copy one or the other that's up to you. For instance you may only want the taxiway and parking changes because the scenery may be too much on the GPU.

Thanks a lot for doing this and the other Jamaican airports (MKJP & MKTP). Couple things would be lovely for your next update of MKJS...1) remove the 4 GA parking spots in front of the main terminal building (near taxiway), 2) align/orient park spots at terminal to fit line yellow and parking gate position. Much better than default, especially with the new ATC tower added.
Sorry, just spotted another major flaw (carryover from default) where the AFCAD needs to be updated for AI aircraft to taxi all the way to the end of taxiway Alpha for takeoff on RWY 07; in the default (and your update) AI aircraft backtrack from the second to last taxiway intersection with RWY 7, which is unrealistic and leads to anomalous AI traffic behaviour.
