is it possible to make the new aeroflot livery? thia is a very wonderful livery

Amazing work, as always! Quick question: I am not a livery maker and only have an elementary understanding of how they work, but is it possible to change some of the obvious English words on the outside of the plane? For example, "EXIT" labels on the doors? I know the tiny detail like this are on a different layer in the paint kit and might be much harder to change. Despite English being the 'universal' language of aviation, I highly doubt the Soviets subscribed to that rule book. Are there many pictures available that show details of the actual 144s?
