Description
United Stataes Air Force Thunderbirds F-16D "Number 8" This is the D version of the F-16 that the United States Air Forces uses for rides. It is a real plane and wasn't included as a livery with the SC Designs F-16, they made the popular F-16C single seat version, but not a D version. So I made sure that the paint scheme and placement of all markings are as accurate as possible. Here it is your chance to fly with The Thunderbirds. The back seat has a fully working cocpit, howver you will probaly have to set a camera setting to switch between seats quickly.
This livery requires the SC Designs F-16 wich is available from Just Flight. It can also be purchased from the Marketplace in the simulation however, you will be unable to load anything beides fuel tanks as the marketplace version does not include static weapons, and the Thunderbirds are a demonstration team so they never arm the planes anyways. PC users only not available for downlaod for Xbox users.
This is a freeware livery you may make as many copies of it for your own personal use. You may not re-distrubute it on other websites, or include it as a package for other games. Do not modify and redistribute the files within claiming them as your own.
To install the livery copy or move the file called,"F-16_THUNDERBIRD_8" to your Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, "Community" folder and enjoy.

You do realize there is a more accurate Thunderbirds F-16D than this one, right?

Oh you are correct there is another that includes the C and D model thank you for letting me know. I didn't see that originally. As for accuracy I used that term loosely because the Thunderbirds go through pilots every 2 -4 years and sometimes change some minor graphic details about the planes every now and then. I was just sharing a fond memory when I served in the United States Air Force some 20 years ago, and had the privilege of supporting them ever so briefly which inspired me to make this livery.
