Description
First version of landmarks in my home town Linz in Austria.
Starting with the newly extended "Vöstbrücke" across the Danube river I'm planning to bring some of the most recognized buildings to MSFS. I modeled the bridge in Blender based on GIS data available, due to the old satelite image data used in MSFS 2020 the briidge does not correspond 100% with the sat image data anymore, which leads to some inconsistent placing of the auto-generated road. Road traffic across the bridge is generally working. No Google data was used.
This is just the beginning as I'm planning to update and expand the scenery over time. Follow this project if you want to get notified about updates :-)
Currently included:
- Vöstbrücke (v 1.1)
- Bruckner Tower (v 1.2)
- Neue Donaubrücke (v 1.22)
Known issues:
- Uneven shading of the bridge faces due to different angles

Danke für den Kommentar. Ich weiß leider nicht auf welcher Version du fliegst, ich sehe weder am PC noch auf der XBox handmodellierte Modelle der von dir genannten Gebäude. Daher kann ich nicht beurteilen was du genau mit "schöner" meinst.
Da es sich hier um ein privates, unentgeltliches Hobby Projekt handelt kann ich nicht versprechen, dass ich die derzeitigen Modelle noch mit zusätzlichen LODs versehe.
Für weitere Aktualisierung werde ich aber versuchen den Detail Grad zu erhöhen.

Echt toll gemacht.
Dennoch fahren die Autos zur Brücke, nicht oben drüber, sondern verschwinden.
Danach kommen sie wieder auf der anderen Seite der Brücke wieder zum Vorschein. Ist aber keine KRITIK

But since I'm doing this in my spare time I do not have a time schedule.
I'd certainly love to do more, but I guess for now I'll focus on Linz and see how far it will go :)

Auch ich danke für die Aktualisierungen. Leider sind die wesentlichen Highlights (Brucknerhaus, Lentos, AEC) im MSFS-Original schöner ausgeführt. Bitte nachbessern!
