PR-YJF is part of Azul's fleet in partnership with Disney. This partnership includes 4 special painted planes, 3 A320Neo's and one A321Neo, with this being Minnie's special. Azul has a small amount of A321neos, including one with the Brazilian flag livery, which you can download here.

I apologize for the issue on the right engine, I'm aware of that, unfortunately, it has no fix. The way LatinVFR has mistakenly layed out their textures makes it so random parts of the engine's texture are mirrored on to the other side, also onto random parts. I had to choose between having a single nice looking engine or two messed engines. Just make sure you take screenshots for its pretty side lol.
