Vienna to Marseille, can you make it?
The Mission Across: The Alps is a set of 8 handcrafted bush missions, aiming to traverse the alps in the most beautiful way - flying - while soaking up as much of the scenery as possible. For the aircraft used, I chose the Diamond DA62, because it's both, available to everybody in the standard game and also pretty fast and manoeuvrable. Perfect for traversing mountain ranges.
Starting in Vienna, the easternmost outposts of the alps, you will have to make your way across many high mountains, steep valleys and wild rivers, landing at various stunning airports and endure multiple weather scenarios to finally land in Marseille in your Diamond DA62.
Please keep in mind, this bush trip is leaning towards being a sightseeing tour, rather than an actual bush trip. Usage of the autopilot is recommended. Currently there are 5 of 8 missions featured, it will be updated shortly with all 8 of them. The flight plans are ready, only commentary has to be put into the navlog and the missions will be compiled.
As stated above there are many custom addons from various creators used in this bush trip to bring the whole experience to another level. In the following section I will provide an overview on what is necessary and what will remain optional. You DON'T have to buy and install PAYWARE, I just personally think it brings this bush trip to the next level regarding immersion!

Thank you very much. Yes, I know there are a few people waiting (BostonJeremy for example) and I kept and keep em waiting. I am so sorry for that. At the moment there is only little leisure time available for me and most of it goes into developing some major msfs projects. I am sorry for delaying a few older projects like Kathmandu and these Missions. I have to stress: They are not cancelled, just delayed by a long stretch.

Just one comment: I think it's a shame that you chose a plane with such poor in-cockpit visibility (i.e., small windshield) for a sightseeing trip.

Unfortunately you are right about the small windshield, however, I thought the DA62 might be the best option available. First of all, it had to be a generic plane, available in the standard version of the game. Further, the trip across the alps is quite long, therefore speed was an important factor. Due to dual engines, this plane is able to take off on quite short runways which supports my planning too -> really small airfields are approachable this way which includes some of the most interesting across Europe.

It's in my community folder but I can't find it once I'm in msfs. I look in custum content in activities where i find my other ones. I'm doing something wrong!!
