    Douglas DC-3 - American Airlines Flagship - Image 2

    Description

Thank you very much to Crispy136, VonBarb and drunkpupper25 for the help in the conversion of liveries from MSFS2020!

The SN 1920 / NC17334 was ordered in 1937 and is a "pure DC3" survivor since it was on civil service throughout WW2.

It was in service with American Airlines until 1947, distictively being a plane that Eleanor Roosevelt flew in many occasions (she would pick the seat in front of the door, to be the last to board and the first to leave). It also depicted many pictures and artwork of the time since its relatives were serving in the war.

In 2004 it was located in Virginia serving as a spray plane. The work to bring her to the original glory took 18 months, and now she is the oldest original DC3 still flying, and is kept in mint condition by the Flagship Detroit Foundation.

No preview pictures for any of the liveries. Aircraft loads pink. Unusable!

sorry mate, you probably download the wrong version. The main version is for MSFS2024 and the MSFS2020 button is right under.

I´d appreciate if you could review your low review too.

Beautiful livery! However, if you check out the download section, you'll see that fs.to truncates the descriptions, so there's no what of telling what each of these files is. They all say version 1.0, and there's no indication which is FS2024, nor what the difference between the larger and smaller files are. Any way you can add that info, maybe based on the file size, or if fs.to will let you tweak the titles?

Thanks so much for upgrading these! Can't wait to see your Hawaiian AIrlines paint in 2024!

Got to see this fly at Airshow in Smryna Tennessee airshow in June. Was able to go inside and look at cabin and cockpit. Shelbyville is only hour away from where I live. Plan on taking flight sometime in near future.

That sounds great! If you have more pictures with details please send through! The cockpit, interior and details of markings are hard to get online!
