    Description

    This mod works with the 40th Anniversary Edition MSFS Grumman Goose G-21A. 

    Simple - drop file in community folder and a autopilot is enabled. Control the autopilot with keyboard bindings or other mods that allow autopilot control.  

    The autopilot panel pictured is from the paid version of the PMS50 GTN750 add on. You don't need it, autopilot can be controlled with keyboard commands or control bindings, it just makes it easier to see what the autopilot is doing.

    Excelent mod, works great in MSFS2024, could you do this mod for the AN-2? Its another great plane that I dont fly too much because of the lack of an autopilot. Tks for your work!

    You need the pro version of the GTN 750 to run autopilot with it.

    This mod disables the radio. If you want to restore it you need to add the electrical circuit for it by editing systems.cfg so that it contains circuits for both AP and radio,. This is what I use in the [ELECTRICAL] section:
    circuit.20 = Type:CIRCUIT_COM:1 #Connections:bus.5# Power:20,25,20.0# Name:Avionics_COM ; avionics 1
    circuit.21 = Type:CIRCUIT_AUTOPILOT #Connections:bus.2# Power:10, 15, 20.0# Name:Autopilot ; Autopilot 15W

    OK Battery is turned on Generator is turned on, EFB is turned on, radio is turned on, GTN750 is showing EFB on the left window is showing radio but no freqs and autopilot isn't working, what have I missed

    I have the paid version of the GTN750 but the autopilot wouldn't activate. Anything I might be missing?

    I'm saying the same thing, how do we make the autopilot appear as in your image? Do we have to click somewhere in the cabin?.

    That is the PMS50 GTN750 add on - paid version. You don't need it for the autopilot to work, it just allows a display so you can see what modes of the autopilot are active.

    Simple - drop file in community folder and a autopilot is enabled. Control the autopilot with keyboard bindings or other mods that allow autopilot control. Works great with PMS GTN750 Mod as there is a autopilot controls in the Utilities menu. Makes flying the old Goose a little easier.
