If you are using the steam version then put the (Cameras.cfg) from this download into:

AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\SimObjects\Airplanes\Asobo_B787_10

Overwrite/Backup the original cameras.cfg

This looks great - how do I install it please? I have the Microsoft version of the sim.

Thanks! Do you know if it's possible to do this with the imported freeware aircraft, such as the CRJ? Right now, there is no way to "see the wing" from the cabin. I've tried playing with the external cam file (like you've done), but it's too complicated for me. Would be great to have wing and walkaround views for the imported A/C.

is it just drag and drop in the communnity?? or is there a more specific path for installation ?
