    Aer Lingus EI-FAT | Microsoft ATR 72-600 - Image 1

    Description

Aer Lingus EI-FAT livery for Microsoft's ATR 72-600

Aer Lingus is the flag carrier of Ireland. Founded by the Irish Government, it was privatised between 2006 and 2015 and it is now a wholly owned subsidiary of International Airlines Group (IAG). The airline's head office is on the grounds of Dublin Airport in Cloghran, County Dublin.

To install the livery, unzip the compressed folder into your Community/Addons folder and enjoy! I will aim to make improvements, such as wear and tear and dirt in the future, but I thought I would get this out for people to enjoy ASAP.

With version 1.1 the heading and LNAV don't work.. It just want to fly in circles.. ROLL HOLD works and the pitch commands, but heading and nav don't work.

Looks gorgeous - unfortunately my pedantic eye for detail noticed the registration font is not correct. Please feel free to use my font which is the exact replica seen on this reg aircraft :) https://flightsim.to/file/30979/aircraft-registration-font-airnavorder2020 - thanks!

Thanks for the amazing livery...but I'm getting a error "path too long" when pasting into community folder with some .json file, any tips on what shall I do??

    Hi.

You are limited to how many characters a file path can have, so your options are:

a - move your Community folder elsewhere which will remove the first few folder names from the path - look it up first

b - move your addons elsewhere and use an addon linker (free on this site) to 'link' them to your community folder as and when you need them - recommended

c - rename some of the folders of this addon, to reduce their length, but make sure you edit the layout config file to reflect the changes

I would recommend option b here, but again, youtube is your friend on what to di if you aren't sure.

    Thanks,

Nice liveries. Any chance of ATR42-600 liveries for Flybe (Blue Islands) and Air Wales (they used ATR42-3/500's)?
