Historique des versions
- added stairs boarding on Stands E50/E54/E60/E62 if low cost airlines are detected (EJU,EZY,EZS,VOE,VLG,WZZ,RYR) and for some aircrafts types (eg ATR). If it is not a low cost or an ATR boarding will be with jetway. - refuelling on left side if boarding is proceed with jetway, and on right side if boarding with stairs. - added specific refuel companies (BP,Total,WFS)
