PK-GNG is a Boeing 737-8U3 received by Garuda Indonesia in May 2014.
To install, simply open PMDG Operations Center and go to Aircraft and Liveries > Livery Utilities > Install Livery from PTP, and open the .ptp file included in the download.
This livery is created by Gabut Simulations (Afifarham Sayid Fatah & Asher Pramono)
GNG is a personal favorite of Afifarham, this livery was made solely to make him switch to MSFS faster :) - Asher
