KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, legally Koninklijke Luchtvaart Maatschappij is the flag carrier of the Netherlands. KLM is headquartered in Amstelveen, with its hub at nearby Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. It is a subsidiary of the Air France–KLM group and a member of the SkyTeam airline alliance. Founded in 1919, KLM is the oldest operating airline in the world, and has 35,488 employees with a fleet of 110 (excluding subsidiaries) as of 2021. KLM operates scheduled passenger and cargo services to 145 destinations. In 2016 KLM rolled out its special livery Called the Orange Pride on the 777-300 PH-BVA. In November 2023 this Aircraft received an update in Malta which exemplifies the Dutch influence that the livery has showing the Dutch Flag instead of the purple colour transition. This Aircraft is an icon of Dutch Aviation and a symbol for the Dutch all around the world of Aviation with KLM showing off its Orange Pride.
