    Description

    This is Youtuber Cleetus McFarland's MD500E he had just bought. In the video from March 29th, 2024, he revealed the blueprint of the livery. As someone who was been a fan of him for years, I just had to make this livery.This took me roughly 7 hours to make in Blender. This mod isn't perfect, but I am so so happy on how this livery turned out. 

     

    TO INSTALL: Simply Drag and Drop into your community folder! :)

     

    Issues with the mod? LMK! I will try to fix it with the 10 braincells I have in using Blender :P

    Sousaboi865, I am new to this version MSFS 2024, I unzipped your download into my "community" folder, but it does not appear in the sim. Does this require the Cowansim 500E to be installed first, or is yours a standalone aircraft? All of the unzipped files appear in the community folder, do I have too many subfolders? I would appreciate an assist from you or anyone who can help. Thanks!

    Have you done mods before on FS2024? It super weird because this game has like 2 community folders. Also, I would recommend that the MD500E is installed first before mods; cannot guarentee that this changes anything. It also should not be a standalone either. Let me check it out in the sim with the latest update. I may need to update something on my end.

    So after further inspection, there seems to be no issue on my end. Maybe try these things:

    1: Check where you installed the file and make sure it is in the correct community folder
    2: Uninstall the file and download a fresh file from this website to then reinstall
    2A: If you have the "MSFS Addons Linker" installed, check and see if there is an issue in there, it should tell you if there is. Disregard if not applicable.
    3: Make sure your sim is on the latest update, sometimes this causes issues.
    4: Restart your computer, as this helps the files (aka file explorer) start off with a fresh boot up and then try the steps above if needed.
    5: If all else fails, try uninstalling and reinstalling the flight sim.

    This may be tricky, but FS2024 has not been the greatest of simulators to add mods. I'm sure there are others that can also help if they so please. Hopefully my list solves the issue! Let me know if it does or does not.

    Hey, sorry for my hiatus lol. This is at Cleetus McFarland's racetrack called " The Freedom Factory" and the grass strip airfield is his as well that he bought last year called "Myakka Head Bald Eagle Airfield". Both locations are close to each other in the Bradenton, Florida area.

    I'm having a problem loading into the helicopter, I'm stuck in the satellite view. Is it me or is this a common problem?

    Yeah, I am also having the same issue. It was working for a bit but I believe an update broke it. Trying to figure out a fix right now. I do not know how long it will take..
