Kish Bank Lighthouse is a lighthouse located in the Irish Sea off Dublin in County Dublin, Ireland. It is a well-known landmark for sailors and ferries passing through Dublin Bay and the port of Dún Laoghaire.
It is operated by the Commissioners of Irish Lights.
It was decided in 1960 to build a reinforced concrete lighthouse with a helicopter landing pad. The lighthouse was built in sections in the coal harbour at Dún Laoghaire from 1963, then towed to the sandbank. It was finally installed on 27 July 1965. Its lifespan is estimated at 75 years. The 30 m tower contains twelve storeys and the 9.8 m wide helicopter platform is on top.
In the days when the Ministry of the Navy authorised burial at sea for people who had died on land, it was required that this should take place at Kish Bank, where the tides are strong and the sands are always in motion.

Just one small thing, you're missing the helipad markup.
You can download it here: https://flightsim.to/file/2549/edhk-lights-pack
