    Description

    Akureyri Airport (Icelandic: Akureyrarflugvöllur) (IATA: AEY, ICAO: BIAR) is a single-runway international airport in Akureyri, Iceland 3 kilometres (1.6 nautical miles) south of the town centre. Air Iceland and Norlandair link the airport with several domestic locations.  Also Myflug has a base there.

    The Icelandic Flight Musreum is also there.  The Museum will be receiving a front section of a  decomissioned Boeing 757-200 from Icelandair.  I put it where it will be placed in summer 2021 (hopefully).

    sup bro - i ran into a barrel trying to park by the hangar with the half-eaten airplane where do dash 8's park? no taxiway is wide enough to not hit a fence.. nice flag and signage though~!

    I have not touched the ILS. That's MSFS. There is a final track offset of 3° From AIP Iceland BIAR_6_ILS_or_LOC_RWY_19.pdf (isavia.is) eAIS Package for Iceland published on 28 JAN. 2022 (isavia.is)

    I love this place, often fly here, love the work you put into this, will it work with the lastest Sim Update 7 ? Am uncertain :) ? Maybe it needs to be "recompiled" ?
