    GSX Profile for Malé/Velana Int. Airport by FSDG

     

    Features:

    • Stands A1-A3 customized for domestic flights (passengers walk from and to domestic terminal)
    • Stands A4-A9 customized for international flights (passengers walk from and to international terminal)
    • All other stands customized as bus stands
    • Custom stopping positions per aircraft
    • Custom vehicle placement
    • Custom pushback routes
    • Custom ground handling and catering operators
    • Renamed and reordered parking position names

    Notes:

    • Please do not use the East Apron as GSX will think that you are at the seaplane base next to the airport when you pull up to the stands and therefore you can't call any ground services
    • I've never been to Velana Airport in real life so if you find something wrong or missing, don't hesitate to contact me

    Installation:

    Extract the .zip file and move the .ini and the .py files to %APPDATA%\Virtuali\GSX\MSFS

    Hey there. Is it may possible that you rename the positions to identify them better in the selection-menu? So A8 ist gate 8A... hard to check^^

    GSX can't control any jetways of a scenery. In the case of Malé, the jetways don't work, because the terminal is still being constructed in real life. Therefore FSDG modeled them, but didn't make them functional

    Hi from Male Maldives. The terminal opning is on 26th of july which is Independance day of Maldives. Terminal will be opning in 3 phases 26 july, 26 August, 26 September. FSG said they will give the update after opning of terminal and then jetways will start to work. NO idea If they will give the update after full opning or in this month. Right now jetways are not working in real life as well.

    Hey, sorry for the late reply. I didn't get any notification for your new comments. It is not possible for me to make jetways work that don't work with the scenery. So until the update from FSDG, there is nothing I can do.

    That's correct. My profile is only intended for the rendition by FSDG. Most profiles will work with only one rendition and not multiple
