IMPORTANT:
Due to health issue's I am no longer in a position I can continue my work on this project anymore, After considering it for long I have made the decision to stop my work on it and put my health at first. This means there are no longer updates coming out anymore.

After creating my "EHAM Schiphol Apron lighting" mod I got inspired by other creators of airports and wanted to give it a try as well.
The plan is to make an Airport close to reality. This means I will need a lot of reference files and models, but also a lot of time. So do not expect a full airport in the upcoming months as I make it in my spare time.
I upload it as a Work In Progres to collect input from the community, to see what is already good and what can be improved.
Feel free to give feedback, but always keep it to: tips and tops. When giving feedback it is aprecieated to name the exact location or add a screenshot.
What is done?
The first plan is to place all taxiway signs around the airport and make sure all runways are correct (including ILS)
What to do?
Then my focus will shift to create the remaining Aprons and stands around the main buildings
When all is done I will focus on detailing, I know not all taxiways are having the correct lining and sizes yet. The first focus is in making the airport fully usuable.
After the layout is done I will start at placing models of buildings (I won't create these myself but use pre modeled ones. Suggestions are welcome).

Hallo Chickpoint.
For good files, go to https://www.nl-2000.com/.
There you can find a very good file for EHAM used by FSX and P3D-versions, and all for free!
I used them to convert them with FS2Xplane for usage within Xplane 10, 11 and 11.50.
I also bought the EHAM scenery from Fly
Talpa and converted this with FS2XPlane to use it.
All the sceneries are very detailed, so maybe yoiu can do something with it.

As I would love to use those files I am afraid I am not allowed to. In the copyright section it states that it is not allowed to modify and redistribute the scenery.
I might try contacting them if they let me use it with an agreement.

Hi Chickpoint you may recognize me from A320 Sim Pilot Channel, i downloaded this airport and from pushing back from gate G6 I had to taxi over some grass on the taxi way to runway 27. Look forward to the evolving airport.

I have checked it out and it seems that the designers at Asobo decided there should be a small creek running over the apron. Told the creek he was being naughty and he wont be bothering us anymore after next update!

The custom buildings will need a whole new skillset (that I don't have yet) and will take some time to develop. No idea yet how long it will take me to pick it up, but of course I will try to get out monthly updates.

This scenery might be better than the Standar Edition version, but it's clearly worse than Premium Edition version. It's a pity that no payware developer has done this airport for MSFS in more than 2 years. But you can find some airports made by 2 or 3 developers...
