    The Ilyushin Il-62 is a Soviet long-range airliner. Design began in 1960, and the first flight was in 1963. It entered commercial service on the Aeroflot in 1967. The first passenger service was an Aeroflot flight from Moscow to Montreal on September 15, 1967. Its NATO designation is "Classic ".

    British aeronautical engineers nicknamed this aircraft "VC-tensky", because of its similarity to the VC-10.

    Throttles don't work, you can't take off and the game crashes when you try to start in the air

    it's a shame that nothing works in the cockpit, if at least we could put the cockpit of the Boeing 747 in the IL-62, it would be better, although then the cabin of the IL-62 aircraft would not be real. But it's really cool done! I'll give you 5 stars, good luck with the project!

    Sorry to say, good try, however it not flyable, terrible port over! throttles do not work, nothing works in the cocpit.

    Well, it is flyable but there are some weird things going on. For some reason the engines shut off when spawning at the runway which makes it impossible to fly without slew mode. 2nd : It is way to maneuvrable for an airliner. atleast when pitching upwards and lastly, idk if anyone has noticed this but at night it looks very wierd (image) its a texture bug i also tried to remove using multiple programs but it didnt work. cheers

    I found out the issue with the glowing wing and engines, it's the missing night textures.. I've worked with the PT- IL62 (Project Tupolev) and know the naming scheme of the textures, and the _L (_light) textures are missing
    since they dont have details like the fuselage, you can, thankfully, just create blank black squares and name them the following:
    WING_R_L
    WING_L_L
    ENGINES_L
    MSFS 2020MSFS 2024
