I found a solution finally...
1) your livery folder needed to be named "flybywire-aircraft-a380-842-xxxx"
2) once you created the model.ICAO by enabling the GSX seated passenger, go inside the folder and you should found a model.cfg, instead of the original normal=...., copy the one as in the default a380x file, should be
[models]
exterior=../../FlyByWire_A380_842/model/A380_EXTERIOR.xml and replace that GSX profile and bam, both the seated passengers and the engine blades are working
