Try using another application to unzip the file besides the one included inside of windows explorer. Personally, I use a free app called 7zip. I was having trouble with long file names when it came to C208 Grand Caravan when the game first launched. I think there is also a way for you to increase the amount of characters allowed in a file name buried somewhere in windows user settings as well... just use a search engine for the specific instructions. Using these two methods, I have not gotten a length warning for many months. Hope it helps!
