A massive upgrade to the island of St. Croix specifically for MSFS2024 including custom blender models for many buildings at the TISX airport and Seaplane Base along with many VFR scenery points.

The Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (STX) is located about six miles southwest of Christiansted on the beautiful Caribbean island of St. Croix. The island is served by American, Spirit, and Delta Airlines along with daily inter-island flights to St. Thomas and Puerto Rico on Silver Airways, CapeAir, Seabourne Airliines, and Fly the Whale. Cargo and military aircraft, including the Hurricane Hunters, also utilize STX. 

Christiansted Harbor Seaplane Base (VI32), also known as St. Croix Seaplane Base, is located in the harbor in  Christiansted, Saint Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. This private-use airport is owned by the Virgin Islands Port Authority. The sea base is home to Seaborne Airlines U.S. Virgin Islands, the only multi-engine sea plane airline operating in the United States. Seaborn provides multiple flights per day to and from Charlotte Amalie Harbor Seaplane Base (VI22) on St. Thomas

Some of the Features Include:

• Custom buildings accurately modelled for the TISX main terminal, VI Port Authority Administration, Car Rental Returns, VI Air National Guard Hanger, Fire Station, Control Tower, and the Bohlke FOB.
• Custom Terminal, Apron and docks for the Christiansted Harbour Seaplane Base. A bouy marked runway with night lighting has also been added (although this does not exist in real life)
• Many VFR features added including:
  • Hess refinery and Limetree Bay Port
  • WAPA power station
  • Frederiksted Cruise Ship Pier
  • St. Croix Castle (also know as The Contessa’s castle
  • NASA satellite tracking station
  • Marina’s and static boats for Christiansted harbor, Salt River, Green Caye, Gallow Bay, Cane Bay, Buck Island, and Frederiksted Pier.
